Child sexual abuse and exploitation standards

Last updated: 16 August 2026 · Applies to One Dollar Date and One Dollar Mate

1. Adults only

One Dollar Hub (Dates and Mates) is for people 18 years or older. We do not knowingly allow children to create an account, use the app, or appear in profiles, chats, hangouts, or groups. Date of birth is required at signup. Accounts that fail the 18+ check are blocked.

2. Zero tolerance for CSAE

We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, grooming, and any sexual content involving anyone under 18. That includes photos, videos, chat, posts, and links. We will remove the content, ban the account, and report to the relevant authorities where the law requires it.

3. How to report

Anyone can report a child-safety concern:

Reports go to our admin team. We review them as a priority. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

4. What we do with a report

  • Review the report and related account, chat, or media
  • Remove content and restrict or ban the account when needed
  • Keep records needed for safety, appeals, or law-enforcement requests
  • Report CSAM and related offences to regional or national authorities, including Australian authorities such as the eSafety Commissioner and the Australian Federal Police where required

5. Other safety tools

  • Identity verification (ID selfie and short liveness video)
  • Block, report, and mutual chat consent
  • Optional date check-ins and emergency contact
